CUSTOMIZED AIR FILTER CELLS

In many cases air filter processes need special air filter cells with customized dimensions to satisfy particular working conditions, flow rate and efficiency.
Considering process data as pressure, temperature, densities etc, AFP Tech defines the right dimensions of the cells and chooses the thickness of the filter media to reach the efficiency required and, at the same time, minimizing the pressure drop trough the cell.

AIR POLLUTION PLANTS

Many industrial plants produce air pollutants or other kinds of aeriform flows that cannot be released in the atmosphere. For this reason they need special plants able to capture these harmful and dangerous fumes and release them in the atmosphere only as purified and non-toxic aeriform substances.
To this end wire mesh and vane pack droplet separators are often used inside special scrubbers or vessels.
